How do I care for my jewelry?
Most jewelry contains brass, which will develop a patina over time. This is a completely natural process. If you're not a fan of this, brass can be polished back to a mirror shine with a simple metal polish or silver polishing cloth.
In general, any metal likes to be stored dry and cool. Perfume, sunscreen and water accelerate the oxidation process. So avoid contact with these substances if possible in order to preserve the shine longer.

Brass is an alloy of zinc and copper and therefore offers a very low allergy potential for most people.

Even if I only offer pure brass hooks in the shop, I usually also have a selection of other hooks, such as gold-plated brass, steel and sterling silver.
Ear clips for unpierced earlobes are also possible.
If necessary, please write me a message and preferably include the product for which the alternative is desired and I can see what is possible.

If the earring contains stones or pearls, please attach a photo so that I can choose a matching pearl for your remaining copy.

Have you received a defective product? Please send me a message with a picture to hello@gudbling.com
I will then contact you and arrange for a replacement.
Even if your product has broken after the cancellation period has expired, just write me a message. We will find a solution.

Gudbling jewelery comes to you in a pretty cardboard sleeve and can be given as a present.
If you order more than one piece, I also pack several pieces in one sleeve to save resources. If you want to give away several pieces in individual packaging, write me a message using the comment function in the shopping cart.
